Hybrid Heroes is an online training community built to help everyday people prepare for and complete HYROX and hybrid fitness events. Whether it’s your first event or you’re aiming for a PB, we’ve got programs to support your goals.
Not at all. Our programs meet you where you’re at. If you’re brand new to training or HYROX, we’ve got a beginner option just for you. If you’ve been training a while or already done a race, there’s a more advanced path ready when you are.
