Do I need to be fit already to start your program?

Not at all. Our programs meet you where you’re at. If you’re brand new to training or HYROX, we’ve got a beginner option just for you. If you’ve been training a while or already done a race, there’s a more advanced path ready when you are.

What do I actually get when I join a program?

How long do the programs go for?

Programs are delivered in 12-week blocks, with up to 36 weeks of training provided. Once you finish a block (for example, after your HYROX race), you can message our team to get your next phase of training started. We’ll make sure you're always progressing.
